  • This yoga class focuses on breathing to energize the body while doing a series of poses or "asanas" in a traditional routine. Body alignment, as opposed to extreme stretching, is the goal. Beginners as well as more advanced students are welcome to join at any time.

Gentle Yoga

  • A blend of stretching and mobility practice, along with relaxation and breathing exercises.

Kundalini Yoga

  • A unique combination of postures, breathing, mantra (sound) and meditation that is threaded together into a specific sequence that targets an aspect of self to develop.  Each class is dynamic, with a particular focus to breathe as you move, while you connect with awareness and acceptance. Classes are suitable for everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability.

Meditative Yoga

  • These classes are meditative and focus on breathing and bringing awareness to the body through longer holds.

Advanced Yoga

  • If you are comfortable participating in our regular Yoga classes, join our Advanced Yoga instructor who will safely guide you towards more advanced poses. 

Family Yoga

  • A family-oriented practice that will help create stronger bonds through yoga poses, meditation and breathing exercises.

PWR!Moves® Circuit Class 

  • This Parkinson disease-specific exercise class integrates PWR!Moves® into more traditional gym activities such as strength, agility, balance, coordination and flexibility training.


  • Full body workouts consisting of multiple exercises designed for beginner to expert, with challenges built in for strength and cardio.  

Small Group Training

  • In this 45 minute class we will be using small weight, resistance bands and your own body weight to help you increase your strength, balance, mobility and body awareness. 

Small Group Training in Weight room

  • This is a 45 minute workout that takes place in the weight room, this is a great way to familiarise yourself with the equipment. 


  • This 45-minute class is aimed at maintaining or regaining your mobility while building strength and reawakening the power of your 650 muscles. This is a full-body flexibility technique that works through the muscle chains liberating, relieving from tension and pain and empowering the muscles in the process. Whether you are starting to exercise or train on a regular basis, this workout will help you rebalance your body and prevent injuries.

Essentrics® Release-Rebalance-Restore

  • This class has a slower pace than our general Essentrics classes. It is designed for those who have atrophy related stiffness, frozen shoulder, chronic aches and pains, or who are beginning to exercise after a long sedentary period.

Personal Training

  • Each membership includes a minimum of one session with a certified personal trainer

Aquatic Programming

Aqua Fitness

  • This is a full body workout in either the shallow or deep end.  The water’s properties reduce stress on the joints, make the workout enjoyable with the reduced heart rate and cooling effect of the water. 

Red Cross Swim Lessons

  • In association with the Canadian Red Cross, NAV Fit offers swim lessons in our indoor pool year-round. Programs are available for children 4 months and older and run for a duration of 9 - 10 weeks. Enroll your child today and help promote overall health and wellbeing.

Swim Development Program

  • This is a recreational swim program to help young children and adults foster their love for swimming without having to commit to a serious training regimen or competitive events.

PWR!Moves® Aqua Group Class 

  • This Parkinson disease-specific exercise class will teach you how to move bigger and faster in everyday life and help counteract PD symptoms! 

©Healing Water: Aqua Rehab

  • This is a 10 week program which requires registration. Individualized attention is given to each of the clients who may have any of the following conditions: Pre/post knee and or hip surgery, lymphedema, fibromyalgia or any other musculo-skeletal injury. Maximum of 8 clients in the class.

Junior Lifeguard Club

  • Coached in a fun way, the Junior Lifeguard Club is a place for kids to focus on swimming skills, lifesaving skills, personal fitness, community education, lifesaving knowledge, leadership and teamwork. The Junior Lifeguard Program Standards have been developed by the National Lifeguarding Society of Canada.

Bronze Medallion Course

  • This course teaches an understanding of the lifesaving principles embodied in the 4 components of water-rescueeducation. Rescuers learn tows and carries, and defence methods and releases in preparation for challenging rescues of increased risk involving consious and unconsious victims of various types. Lifesavers develop stroke efficiency and endurance in a 500 m timed swim.

Specialty programming

Counsellor in Training

  • This program has been developed to help youth acquire the skills needed to work in day camps settings. Red Cross Standard First aid and CPR certification will be part of the program, as well as training for core competencies required to work with youth. Specific training will be provided regarding aquatic safety, leadership, ages and stages, and communication and dealing with challenging behavior.

Kids Day CamP

At NAVFit the goal of this camp is to offer a safe and nurturing environment around caring role models that help promote sportsmanship and creativity for ages 6–13. Kids can share experiences in a friendly atmosphere.
