Kid’s Summer Camp

At NAVFit the goal of this camp is to offer a safe and nurturing environment around caring role models that help promote sportsmanship and creativity for ages 5–12. Kids can share experiences in a friendly atmosphere.

$160 per week • $40 per day

A nutritious lunch and a snack in the afternoon will be provided Hours are 8:30 am–4:30 pm Daily • Pre and post camp care is available (7:30–8:30 and/or 4:30–5:30)



  • Focuses on toning the core of the body and lengthening muscles
  • Exercises can  be modified to people of various fitness levels
  • Uses the basic mat workout with a  series of 28 exercises


  • Class includes a warm-up, reclining, standing and seated postures
  • Incorporates controlled breathing and alignment of the core
  • Relaxation is included in every class
  • Novices to expert levels are welcome

Aqua Fit

  • Incorporates a perfect balance of cardio and muscular conditioning exercises
  • Helps to improve overall body function and quality of life

Circuit Training

  • A workout tailored to everyone
  • Consists of 6-10 stations designed for beginner to expert
  • Challenged by time/repetition
  • Starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down
  • Class takes place indoors with an option or outdoor training (weather permitting)

Stretch and Relaxation

  • Focuses on increasing flexibility and mobility
  • Concentrates on deep muscle tension release with stretching
  • Class takes place indoors with an option for outdoor training (weather permitting)

Dance Fit

  • Nia (non-impact aerobics) is a cardio-dance workout, a movement practice, and lifestyle based on the intelligent design of the body
  • Nia tones your mind and tones your body
  • Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you feeling energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced
  • Nia cardio-dance workout combines 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts getting you fit in 60 minutes mind, body, emotion and spirit
  • Nia is a non-impact, practiced barefoot and adaptable to individual needs and abilities

Personal Training

  • Each membership includes a minimum of one session with a certified personal trainer
  • Helps to prevent injury
  • Personal attention to attain personal goals
