NAV Spa Policies

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment. By arriving a bit early, you are giving yourself the time to ease into your amazing day while also ensuring you’ll enjoy every single, luxurious minute of your treatment(s) at NAV Spa.

To ensure the best possible spa experience for all our guests, latecomers who arrive 15 minutes or more after their appointment was scheduled to begin will need to pay a late fee and reschedule.

Please notify us upon arrival if you have any allergies. We’re here to accommodate and care for you.

NAV Spa prices do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice.

Please note that prices do not include a gratuity (may we suggest 18% to 20% is the standard). Only for group bookings of three or more will a gratuity of 18% be added automatically.

For the safety of our spa professionals and other guests, NAV Spa reserves the right to refuse services to individuals who present health or hygiene-related concerns.

NAV Spa Cancellation Policy

Please notify us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you booked as an individual or 48 hours if you booked as a group. Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge of up to 50% on your credit card.
